SummitMedia Louisville's Lite 106.9 (WVEZ) morning man Jeff Ramsey, accompanied by a roomful of Santa's made the official transformation into "Louisville’s Original Christmas Music Station.” The station will now play modern and classic Christmas and holiday-themed songs through Christmas night. Operations Manager Shane Collins said, "With the weather getting colder, it seemed the perfect time to pull the switch. We just couldn't wait to continue our 15 year tradition of being Louisville's Christmastime authority. We are the first in the neighborhood to put up our tree and we are proud of it!"
